The Ultimate Global Travel Challenge: 25+ Countries

For any passionate, experienced and goal orientated travellers there is one major benchmark by which everyone and anyone can compare. A conversation always present in hostel common rooms, group trips, travelling related meet ups globally and tinder bios. This challenge embraces adventure more than any other and although there are many others, this is the milestone by which everyone who loves travelling can compare themselves to globe trotting superstars and popular travel bloggers.

There are various ways to count how many countries there are in the world. For these challenges we are going by the best known list of the United Nations. For a more comprehensive article from someone who has completed the list check out Johnny Ward’s article from his blog One Step 4Ward. Johnny from Northern Ireland has visited 197 countries and describes the global intricacies around the final list. After completing this huge challenge, he has went on to set up the charity Mudita Adventures helping children around the world.
